Mixtapes & Cellmates

I've been hearing about this band for a few months now and finally checked them out. I was intrigued by their name being a fan of Rocky Votolato, more specifically his song "Mixtapes/Cellmates". I'll make the assumption there's a connection between the two. Here's a listen:
